Eating Disorder Recovery
We provide compassionate, caring support for your recovery journey. It takes courage to seek support for an eating disorder. We strive to create a space that allows you to feel agency in your journey and receive honest and sound nutrition guidance. We believe every individual has the innate ability to trust themselves and their body, and our goal is to help get you back to this place.
Thank you so much for considering us as part of your eating disorder recovery team. We provide outpatient, virtual nutrition counseling for eating disorders, and with your permission, work closely with other members of your care team, including your therapist and medical providers. We meet you where you are at - whether you are transitioning from a higher level of care at a treatment center, or seeking additional dietary support after a treatment break.
We provide support for the following eating disorders:
Anorexia Nervosa
Bulimia Nervosa
Binge Eating Disorder
ARFID
Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders
We typically like to begin with weekly sessions to ensure thorough assessment and strong start from the onset, and collaboratively decide when to scale back frequency of meetings once we feel the time is right.
Most insurance companies provide excellent coverage for nutrition counseling for eating disorders. Visit our insurance page and reach out directly with any questions.
