Child and Family Nutrition

One of the greatest gifts you can give your child is a healthy relationship with food. We support with parent-child feeding dynamics, picky eating, growth concerns, as well as introduction of solids. Our philosophy is grounded in Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility in Feeding (sDOR), a model of parent-child feeding recognized as best practice by leading professional organizations, including The American Academy of Pediatrics.

We provide nutrition counseling to parents and caregivers of young children. By focusing on early feeding relationships and evidence-based guidance, we help you and your child build confidence, reduce mealtime struggles, and establish a positive approach to food that lasts a lifetime.

We focus on:

  • Picky eating

  • Family meals

  • Parent/child feeding dynamics

  • Growth concerns

  • Starting solids

Our philosophy is grounded in Ellyn Satter’s Division of Responsibility in Feeding (sDOR), a nationally recognized model of parent child feeding used by leading organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics. This model helps parents and caregivers create structure and predictability for their child around eating, and within these parameters, learn to trust their child to eat. Integrating this approach results in more ease, trust, and confidence with feeding your child.

We see families of children 6 months to 10 years old.
