Eating Disorder Recovery

We provide compassionate, caring support for your recovery journey. It takes courage to seek support for an eating disorder. We strive to create a space that allows you to feel agency in your journey and receive honest and sound nutrition guidance. We believe every individual has the innate ability to trust themselves and their body, and our goal is to help get you back to this place.

Chronic Conditions

We provide nutrition counseling for conditions such as insulin resistance, hyperlipidemia, and digestive concerns such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). We provide evidence-based nutrition information to help you feel supported, calm, and knowledgeable about managing nutrition-related health concerns.

Child and Family Nutrition

One of the greatest gifts you can give your child is a healthy relationship with food. We support with parent-child feeding dynamics, picky eating, growth concerns, as well as introduction of solids. Our philosophy is grounded in Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility in Feeding (sDOR), a model of parent-child feeding recognized as best practice by leading professional organizations, including The American Academy of Pediatrics.

Disordered Eating

Navigating today’s world of food and eating can be so overwhelming and challenging. Maybe you’ve been on and off diets and are ready for a more sustainable approach. Or you feel ready to stop worrying about eating all the time. We are here to help you find peace with food and gain the confidence to nourish yourself with ease.

Oncology Nutrition

With over 10 years of experience in the oncology field, we are uniquely prepared to support you through the challenges and complexities of cancer nutrition.

Free "Discovery" Call
I offer a free 10-15 minute inquiry phone call. This is a chance to learn more about my approach and ask questions. If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule the initial assessment!

Initial Assessment

This is our first session together. We'll thoroughly explore your goals and history. I'll do a comprehensive intake to learn more about your and your relationship with food. I'll take a look at typical eating patterns, sleep, physical activity, relevant lab values, medical history, any medications or supplements you are currently taking, schedule, and more. From there, we'll begin to unpack, skill-build, and lay a foundation for moving ahead. You will leave the first session with a plan and several resources.

Follow-up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are an opportunity to dig deeper and peel back more of the layers surrounding relationship with food and eating behaviors. They facilitate ongoing learning and keep you connected to support. The frequency of meetings will depend on what your needs are. In the beginning, we may need more frequent meetings (weekly or bimonthly). Beyond that, we may space out sessions further or it may feel best for you to check in on an ad-hoc basis, when you feel you need it.
