Chronic Conditions
We provide nutrition counseling for conditions such as insulin resistance, hyperlipidemia, and digestive concerns such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). We provide evidence-based nutrition information to help you feel supported, calm, and knowledgeable about managing nutrition-related health concerns.
With clinical backgrounds in outpatient settings in hospitals, we are uniquely equipped to support health conditions that benefit from nutritional support.
We provide evidence-based nutrition information and an individualized approach to help you find long-term, sustainable changes that work for you. We use a “non-diet” approach, meaning we focus on long-term eating patterns and habits, rather than a specific type of “diet.” Our approach is weight-neutral and inclusive of all body sizes.
Areas of focus include:
Insulin resistance
Pre-diabetes
Elevated cholesterol
Elevated triglycerides
Digestive distress
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Focusing on simple behavioral changes that resonate with you, we strive to create a non-judgmental space where you feel fully supported and comfortable to ask questions, process, and experiment with new ways of nourishing yourself that best support your body and health.
